- Home Sample Collection Kits: Once payment has been made for your order, we cannot process any returns or refunds.
- Tests/Wellness Packages Ordered: Any test ordered that is not part of a home collection kit is also non-refundable. Please ensure you review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Home Collection Kits
If you receive a damaged or defective Home Collection Kit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, provided that the items included in the kit have not been used.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges for our Home Collection Kits. Please ensure that you select the correct kits at checkout.
